I am preparing to launch my website, enjoying the creativity of a space where I share who I am and what I do.
And as I sit in this process… I notice something. I feel moody. Emotional. A little off.
Instead of pushing through, I choose something different. I let awareness guide me. I give myself grace. I take space. There is pressure in my body—tightness spread throughout. I feel a sharp sensation in my left shoulder. And I pause.
Not to fix it. Not to override it. But to listen. I recognize this moment for what it is—an invitation to regulate, reconnect, and recalibrate my energy.
Instead of continuing from unease, I turn toward the sensation. I bring gentle attention to the pain, not with resistance, but with support. I breathe fully… intentionally.
I do not have to hold everything. I do not have to carry everything.
A question forms within me: What is naturally falling away right now—not because something is wrong, but because something stronger is being supported?
I stay present with my body. And something begins to shift. The tightness softens. The pressure moves. Something opens. Not forced, but allowed.
This is the work—where awareness meets the body, and the body responds.
I didn’t have to push. I didn’t have to figure it out. I allowed my body to feel supported enough to release what it no longer needs to hold.
Something settles. Something clears. A gentle reminder your body is always communicating.
When you slow down and listen, healing begins naturally.
Affirmation for Alignment.
I am here to grow the love in my life. I trust what remains is here to support me.
With so much gratitude — Liza
