Not everyone feels at home in their body.

There is a way to return.

Bliss Body Breathe offers trauma-informed, somatic practices that support your nervous system in moving out of survival and into steady, embodied presence.

For individuals seeking regulation and clarity.

For couples cultivating connection through co-regulation.

Simple. Intentional. Effective.

This work meets you where you are
and guides you back to yourself.

Everyone knows how to breathe

trauma-informed breathwork & somatic healing

This work brings together breath, movement, stillness, and awareness—integrating Integral Breath Therapy, yoga, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system-informed practices
into one cohesive, intuitive method.

As the body settles and regulation deepens,
life begins to move with more ease—where joy and bliss are no longer something you seek,
but something you live.

Because healing is not linear. And true transformation is never one-size-fits-all.

Breath is the connection.

Breath is the medicine.

What does your body need?

The answer isn’t outside of you. It lives within.

When you slow down enough to listen, your body begins to guide the way.

This is the foundation of true healing an approach that honors your individuality, your rhythm, your experience.

You've been in survival mode for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to breathe without anxiety living in your chest.

They may:
• understand themselves but not fully feel embodied
• have done personal growth or therapy
• no longer feel in survival—but not fully in ease

They’re ready to:
• live with presence, clarity, and grounded confidence
• trust themselves deeply
• expand into a more embodied, connected way of living

For the person who has awareness—and is ready to fully live it.

They may be:
• experiencing tension, miscommunication, or emotional distance
• reacting quickly or shutting down
• wanting connection, but not knowing how to get there

They’re ready to:
• feel safe and connected with each other
• move from reaction to presence
• rebuild trust and communication from a grounded place

For the couple who cares deeply—but feels disconnected, reactive, or out of sync.

They may be:
• holding stress or tension in their body
• overthinking, anxious, or emotionally drained
• aware something needs to shift, but not sure how

They’re ready to:
• feel safe in their body again
• regulate their nervous system
• reconnect with themselves in a steady, supported way

For the person who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsettled

I Am Here For

What I'm Offering

I’m Liza Schrier.

I live with a sense of joy that is simple—a quiet, steady presence I can return to.

It wasn’t always this way.
I came to understand that healing isn’t something we think our way into, but something the body allows when it feels safe enough to soften, breathe, and stay present. Through my faith and lived practice, I’ve learned how to be in my body with awareness and trust.

My work is trauma-informed, integrating Integral Breath Therapy, yoga, meditation, and visualization to support the body in settling and the nervous system in finding safety.

I don’t move away from my patterns. I meet them with awareness—and allow them to soften, shift, and resolve in their own time.
This is the work.

From this place of presence and alignment,
life begins to move differently—with more ease, more clarity, and a natural sense of flow.

Who I Am

— SARA G.

"My breath work experience with Liza was definitely transformational! I was only able to have 5 sessions with her but even then she was able to help me work through some deeply rooted beliefs and memories that I needed to acknowledge and let go of. I highly recommend going through the full course with Liza. She is kind and patient but still helpful and inquisitive throughout your journey."

— JAXSON D.

"As a college student and athlete sometimes the stress can get to you. I had tried Yoda Nidra with Liza as a group thing with my family. Immediately I felt the calmness it brought to me. So when my college soccer season started I had Liza and Yoga Nidra in my tool box, meeting weekly to keep the anxiety away. It really helped get me to where I needed to be as a student athlete dealing with a very rigorous schedule. It’s allowed me to enjoy my college experience in a less stressful and more meaningful way. "

— Kelli O.

"Working with Liza has been such a grounding and supportive experience. She holds space in a way that feels both deeply compassionate and genuinely safe, allowing you to fully show up as you are. Her ability to listen without judgment, while also gently guiding you toward clarity and understanding, is truly a gift. What I appreciate most about Liza is how adaptable she is, she meets you exactly where you are and intuitively responds to what you need in the moment. At the same time, she holds you accountable with care, helping you stay committed to your growth and healing."

— James D.

"Yoga Nidra, for me, has been a transformative practice, especially with the guidance of my instructor, Liza. Each class, Liza’s warm, soothing voice led me through a body scan, breathing exercises, and gentle visualizations. She made it so easy to settle in. Her pacing and clarity kept me engaged. I really look forward to each session afterward, I felt a deep sense of peace and mental clarity."

— Jennie D.

"After attending a Yoga Nidra session with Liza, I instantly felt comfortable in her presence. I was able to release both  physical and mental tension in my body through her guided meditation and breath work. The benefits stayed with me well into the rest of my day. I felt more at ease, less anxious and slept like a BABY that night!"
