You’re allowed to feel better.
You don’t have to keep pushing.
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.
There is another way... one that is gentler, deeper, and rooted in who you truly are.
Healing in isolation keeps you stuck. Talking alone isn’t always enough. Your body needs to be included. This is where guided support changes everything.
Living Bliss offers a self-paced way to remain connected—beyond the session. A space you return to, moving at the pace your body is ready for—when you need to restart, find clarity, or reconnect. Here, you begin to apply the practices in your own rhythm, allowing integration to unfold naturally into your everyday life. Without urgency or expectation, your system softens, layers gently open, and a steady way of being begins to take shape—one that stays with you, because you begin to live your practice.
Available through a one-time investment.
Your practice is ready for more—and so are you. The Bliss Continuum™ is an invitation into a deeper, more expansive way of living, where growth feels natural and change becomes something you can truly feel. In this space, patterns begin to gently reveal themselves, your nervous system opens into greater capacity, and what once felt effortful begins to soften into ease. As your body learns a new rhythm, new ways of living become embodied. What unfolds is a sense of lightness, clarity, and connection… a return to joy, to freedom, to a life that feels like yours.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that helps your body deeply relax while your mind stays gently aware. You simply lie down, get comfortable, and listen as you are guided step by step. There is nothing you need to do, no experience required, and no way to do it wrong.
As you follow the guidance, your body begins to relax more and more... and your mind naturally slows down. You may feel like you’re drifting between being awake and asleep—this is where the practice works best.
A practice that uses intentional breathing to connect you back to your body, release stored tension, and regulate your nervous system. Instead of just “breathing deeply,” it’s about: Feeling sensations in your body. Noticing where energy feels stuck or tight. Allowing breath to gently move through those areas. Releasing emotions or patterns stored in the body.
Connection is not something you force. It is something you return to—together. Within every relationship, there is a deeper ground—a place beneath the noise, the patterns, the reactions—
where understanding, safety, and love still exist. This is the space we gently uncover. Over six guided sessions, you and your partner are supported in slowing down, listening differently, and reconnecting through the body, the breath, and presence.
Everyone knows how to breathe. This is where your breath becomes your return. Over the course of ten intentional sessions, you are guided into a deeper relationship with your body, your breath, and your inner stillness. This is a space to soften what has been held for too long… to gently release patterns your nervous system no longer needs to carry… and to reconnect with a steady, grounded sense of self.

"My breath work experience with Liza was definitely transformational! I was only able to have 5 sessions with her but even then she was able to help me work through some deeply rooted beliefs and memories that I needed to acknowledge and let go of. I highly recommend going through the full course with Liza. She is kind and patient but still helpful and inquisitive throughout your journey."

"As a college student and athlete sometimes the stress can get to you. I had tried Yoda Nidra with Liza as a group thing with my family. Immediately I felt the calmness it brought to me. So when my college soccer season started I had Liza and Yoga Nidra in my tool box, meeting weekly to keep the anxiety away. It really helped get me to where I needed to be as a student athlete dealing with a very rigorous schedule. It’s allowed me to enjoy my college experience in a less stressful and more meaningful way. "Working with Liza has been such a grounding and supportive experience. She holds space in a way that feels both deeply compassionate and genuinely safe, allowing you to fully show up as you are. Her ability to listen without judgment, while also gently guiding you toward clarity and understanding, is truly a gift. What I appreciate most about Liza is how adaptable she is, she meets you exactly where you are and intuitively responds to what you need in the moment. At the same time, she holds you accountable with care, helping you stay committed to your growth and healing."

"Yoga Nidra, for me, has been a transformative practice, especially with the guidance of my instructor, Liza. Each class, Liza’s warm, soothing voice led me through a body scan, breathing exercises, and gentle visualizations. She made it so easy to settle in. Her pacing and clarity kept me engaged. I really look forward to each session afterward, I felt a deep sense of peace and mental clarity."

"After attending a Yoga Nidra session with Liza, I instantly felt comfortable in her presence. I was able to release both physical and mental tension in my body through her guided meditation and breath work. The benefits stayed with me well into the rest of my day. I felt more at ease, less anxious and slept like a BABY that night!"
