My work is creating the conditions where you feel safe enough to drop in—
to feel, to release, and to soften what has been held. As the body opens, what was once stuck begins to move, and you reconnect with the self-love that has always been there—not something you have to create, but something you begin to remember.

Through breath, stillness, and somatic practice, this shift began to unfold in my own life—gently, over time.

My nervous system settled. My body tension softened. And I experienced what it means to live with a sense of calm, clarity, connection… and a deeper appreciation for myself.

There was a time I believed staying busy—
work, exercise, doing all the right things—was helping.

But underneath it,
my body was still holding more than it could process. I needed connection. But something in me held back. And over time,
that distance turned into a quiet kind of loneliness—a disconnection not just from others, but from myself.

The Work I Do

Healing is not linear, and wholeness is not a destination. I honor the messy middle, the setbacks, and the moments of resistance—because transformation doesn't happen in straight lines. It happens in spirals, in layers, in the patient, devoted practice of showing up again and again.

Evolution, Not Perfection

Disconnection occurs when the nervous system remains in survival mode.
Reconnection begins the moment regulation is welcomed. I guide individuals to return home to their bodies,
and couples to attune to one another’s nervous systems, creating the safety needed to truly see, feel, and be seen.

I honor the duality of being human: grounded in the body and the earth, yet reaching toward spirit and the divine. True transformation arises when you can hold both—feet planted in soil, breath open to sky. I guide you to embody the sacred space between grounding and expansion, safety and evolution, the somatic and the sacred.
